Description
Large Size Dark Red Lacquer Wooden Storage Trunk with Base from the early 20th century. Replaced brass fitting, with well constructed woodwork inside. The inside of the lid and the bottom shelf have some burnt marks, otherwise very clean. The lacquer work is original, made of organic mineral color pigments. This large trunk makes an affordable and nice storage while using it as an end table, coffee table, or simply by placing it in front of a bed.
