Description
Excellent Antique Wine Pitcher made of Yixing clay with Ju-Yao type of thick glaze. This very beautiful hand molded wine pitcher has some of the most beautiful glaze with its variation of oxidization almost like it changes color every minute, like that of a sunset with beautiful rays. Its thick glaze drips in different directions like an endless road leading to the unknown vast sky in dark blue. One of the best examples of its kind. 19th century. Small old chip on the spout that is not too noticeable.
