This pair of old Ci-Zhou ceramic ware of oil lamps with figure is quite charming with the two young persons dressed in "Han fu" costume with hairs tied in two bundles. Though the figures carry a Ming flavor, this pair of oil lamps are possibly from the 17-19th century. Ci-Zhou is one of the most famous five ceramic kilns, known for producing white ware with painted brown color motives or cutout design.
