This antique Chinese dressing table with two doors and three drawers inside is made of the rare and beautiful Huanghuali hardwood. It has a separate carved stand that can be attached to the table to hold a mirror when in use. The small post that supports the back of the carved panel is missing but can be replaced. The stand is carved with Ming style floral motif and Ling-Zhi medicinal mushroom. Some of the fitting has been replaced and will likely need more repair or replacement. However, it is a fine piece with a graceful style. One sees how beautiful the wood is. What luxury to have used this special dressing table for a morning make-up!
