This year's Winter Oolong Tea boasts the most wonderful full yet subdued and rounded aroma with a hint of pleasant smell like that of matured wheat or honey. The slightly drier taste is rich and smooth with layers opening up gradually, especially after allowing the tea liquid to slightly cool down before tasting it. After a few sips, one can really feel the beautiful taste lingering in one's mouth and throat, making one wanting to drink more. This winter Oolong tea is a warm and nourishing one! It makes a great daily companion year-long as well as a wonderful gift for any tea drinkers!

Shen's Gallery is proud to provide the most excellent Oolong tea from a small family-own tea farm in Taiwan. This tea is organically grown in the higher altitude with less traffic and pollution for the healthier growth of the plant. Thus, the more fertile land can produce healthier tea plants with thick leaves which are made into better tasting tea. All the leaves are hand-picked only to ensure the leaves are not broken to ensure the proper fermentation which is essential for the flavor of Oolong tea. Each leaf expands into a full leaf when steeped in the hot water. Every sip is delicious and precious! Limited quantity produced for each season and air-shipped to Shen’s to ensure its freshness.
