Large Size Old Japanese Satsuma Style Porcelain Fu-Lion with fine detail and wonderful colors. Late 19-early 20th century. This is the nicest one we have seen for this style of Fu-lions with excellent glaze and detailed work. In excellent condition. Fu-lion is an auspicious mythical creature that is supposed to repel the evils and protect, and is very popular among Asian cultures.
