Small Antique Gilt-Painted Melon Shaped Rice Barrel with Lid and Old Fitting; painted with vegetation on the body and a Fu-Lion chasing a ball on the lid. The bucket is made of center-cut Ju wood and pegged to join together. the unusual etched old brass decoration on the handle are really nice. Minor flaw on the lid. This is truly a beautiful one. 19th century.
