Description
This small antique Chinese silk embroidered fragment is quite wonderfully and intricately stitched with rare double incense burners and an unusual pattern intertwined and linked by four-leaf vegetation and Ruyi (to-your-wish). the stitch work is very lovely and finely done. The silk brocade that frames the embroidery is also quite beautiful. All in tasteful and beautiful color arrangement. 19th century or older.
