Very Rare Ancient Chinese Bronze Horse Stirrup with cloisonne Decoration with wonderful original old patina on the metal. This heavy metal single stirrup is tastefully decorated with cloisonne feature with red and white flowers with green leaves on a lapis blue background. Such beautiful colors used to fill the hand-wired motives before being fired multiple times separately for each color were made from the organic precious minerals or vegetation such as lapis stone and others. Age unknown but well over 100 years old, possibly from the Ming Dynasty. This makes a wonderful addition for a Chinese art collection!
