This pair of almost 12 feet high lacquered wooden doors possibly came from the Mao period during 1958-1960 or so.
They were said to be used as the doors for a large size storage facility for storing grains or rice. The characters on the door read as: "Wen-Ming (Civilization) " on the right and "Jin-Bu (Advance or advancement) " on the left. It came with a set of metal grid and locking system separately.
This pair of doors serve as an evidence for part of the modern Chinese history.
