A Very Rare Antique Hand-Painted and Signed Blue-and-White Porcelain Pillow Square. This one has very unusual painted motives of a wonderful buffalo on one side, while the other side is painted with several rabbits or hares. Other painted motives include scrolls, leaf, and and vegetation. It has the cutout design of an auspicious double-coin design on one side, with the opposite side bearing two rows of signature, each composed of two characters. Comes with Chinese government's antique waxed seal. 19th century. This is truly an unusual and beautiful one!
