Our 2022 Spring Season Oolong Tea is wonderful in both aroma and taste. It has a beautiful refreshing smell that resembles a soft and sweet smell of a barely ripen peach with a delicate yet full aroma. It also reminds one of being inside a bamboo forest with the crisp and sweet smell of the earth and the new grown bamboo leaves.

The taste of this spring tea boasts an incredibly smooth, slightly dry, subdue, and an almost inward like taste with depths to explore, like a good barrel of aged wine or a jar of matured honey being lifted off the lid and its delicate taste begins to fill one's entire mouth and throat. One can't help wanting more after the first sip!

This tea tastes the best when slightly cooled down. Every sip is precious and delicious. A beautiful and tasteful tea as a gift or a daily companion for the fine tea drinkers!

Shen's Gallery is proud to provide the most excellent Oolong tea from a small family-own tea farm in Taiwan. This tea is organically grown in the higher altitude with less traffic and pollution for the healthier growth of the plant. Thus, the more fertile land can produce healthier tea plants with thick leaves which are made into better tasting tea. All the leaves are hand-picked only to ensure the leaves are not broken to ensure the proper fermentation which is essential for the flavor of Oolong tea. Each leaf expands into a full leaf when steeped in the hot water. Every sip is delicious and precious! Limited quantity produced for each season and air-shipped to Shen’s to ensure its freshness.
