Description
This beautiful triptych was created by the collaboration of Japan's master woodcut artists Hiroshige (1797-1858) and Utagawa Kunisada (1786–1864), possibly from the Tale of the Genji.

This triptych assumes the character of the traditional Ukiyoe style with lavish amount of attractive blue. It depicts a prince ? In full costumes with a sword as the main figure inside a landscape with garden with flowering trees. Two small female figures are placed in the far distance: one in the garden and one inside a house. Creases from the vertical folds. Minor wear, but generally in good condition. Frame slightly damaged at the corner. Photos are taken from the outside of the frame.
